Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, 2+ in a management role.
• Experience across recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits.
• Strong knowledge of South Africa labor law and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
• Oversee recruitment from sourcing to onboarding to attract top talent.
• Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and ensure fair policy application.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs; conduct market analyses and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with SA labor laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance to employees and management on HR matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
• Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring the attraction of top talent.
• Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, conduct market analysis, and recommend adjustments to ensure competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in South Africa.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in all facets of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Strong understanding of South African labor law and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
