Placements24 in Centurion, Gauteng seeks an HR Generalist with a strong passion for talent acquisition to support rapid growth. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source and screen candidates, extend offers, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources with focus on talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent sourcing skills using various platforms and techniques.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
• Good understanding of general HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
• Experience within the tech industry in Gauteng is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all open positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth integration.
• Assist with HR projects related to employee engagement, performance management, and training.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive company culture in Centurion.
