Placements24 is seeking a versatile HR Generalist to oversee the full employee lifecycle in Centurion, Gauteng. You will support recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance reviews, development and offboarding, ensuring compliance with SA labour laws and company policies.

You will advise line managers on ER, disciplinary matters, and talent development while driving HRIS and reporting initiatives to enhance workforce effectiveness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
• 4–6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a broad HR role applicable to the South African market.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour laws (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA) and practical employee relations experience.
• Experience in performance management, talent development, and policy implementation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment support, onboarding, contracts, performance reviews and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company values and SA labour law.
• Guide line managers on HR matters including disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Manage the performance management system, facilitating goal setting and development planning.
