• Knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.
• Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely communication to employees.
• Support the performance management cycle, assisting with goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
• Assist with employee relations matters, providing initial guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
