Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 completed.
• Tertiary qualification in HR or related field is advantageous.
• Minimum 3+ years in HR including recruitment.
• Solid knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment and employee relations.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including interviewing and background checks.
• Support performance management cycles and development initiatives.
