Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Management.
• 3+ years of generalist HR experience or HR support role.
• Solid knowledge of South African labor law and HR practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full recruitment lifecycle: posting, screening, interviews, references.
• Manage onboarding for new employees with accurate documentation.
• Maintain HR records and databases with confidentiality.
• Provide payroll support by verifying timesheets and data.
• Assist in employee benefits administration and inquiries.
• Support HR initiatives and ensure policy compliance.
