Placements24 is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in Klerksdorp, North West. You will guide employees on HR policies, manage records, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HR, a relevant qualification, and solid knowledge of South African labor law and HRIS. This is an office-based role with opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and South African labor law.
• Experience with HRIS systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support the implementation of performance management processes and initiatives.
• Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs.
• Maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and ensure data integrity.
• Support employee relations matters and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor legislation and company policies.
• Assist with ad-hoc HR projects as required.
