Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree from a reputable hotel school.
• At least 1 year’s experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of OPERA.
• A professional, proactive and positive approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and requests professionally.
• Assist with hotel reservations for FITs, groups and conferences.
• Prepare rate proposals and follow up on business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer databases and records.
• Support the Sales team with administration and reporting.
• Assist with MIS and departmental reports.
• Manage sales collateral and promotional materials.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Contribute to an efficient, professional Sales Department.
