Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Hotel Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a prominent Soweto hotel. You will coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes operational efficiency, SOP development, staff training, budget control and compliance with health, safety, and security standards. Strong leadership and hotel software proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hotel operations management or a similar senior role.
• Strong understanding of interdependent hotel departments.
• Proven ability to train and motivate staff.
• Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and other departments.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for consistency and quality.
