Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk operations in Rustenburg, North West. This on-site role involves overseeing daily front desk activities, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and delivering exceptional guest service.

You will supervise and train front desk agents, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hotel front desk operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk team, including scheduling and task assignment.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Process payments, reconcile cash drawers, and manage billing for guests.
• Train new front desk staff on hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
