About the Role

Our client, a prominent hotel group, is looking for a motivated Hotel Operations Supervisor to join their team in Tembisa, Gauteng. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Hospitality & Tourism operations and service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and resolve guest issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and standard office applications.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as operational needs dictate.
• A relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
• Must be eligible to work in South Africa.
