Placements24 is seeking an experienced Luxury Hotel Operations Manager for a flagship property in Midrand, Gauteng. You will oversee day-to-day operations across Rooms, F&B, Front Office, and Housekeeping, driving service excellence and profitability.

You will lead a diverse team, implement strategies to elevate guest satisfaction, manage budgets, and maintain brand standards in a high-end market. English fluency is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a senior management role in luxury hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex hotel operations.
• Strong budgeting and P&L management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all hotel departments including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Housekeeping.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue generation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of department heads and staff to achieve operational goals.
