Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in hotel management with at least 3 years in operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience with PMS and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve operational goals and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and legal requirements.
• Manage budgets, control costs and identify revenue opportunities.
• Lead and train staff to maintain high performance and service quality.
• Monitor industry trends and apply best practices to stay competitive in Klerksdorp.
