Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Hotel Operations Manager to oversee Kimberley-based hotel operations, ensuring service excellence across front office, housekeeping and F&B. You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, and implement strategies to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency while maintaining a positive work environment for staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hotel management with at least 3 years in operations management.
• Strong knowledge of front office, housekeeping and F&B operations.
• Proven budgeting, cost control and revenue optimization skills.
• Leadership, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments to ensure seamless service.
