Placements24 is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a leading hotel in Mahikeng, North West. You will oversee all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compensation, and training, ensuring compliance with SA labor laws.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• CIPM certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.

About the Role

Our client, a leading hotel in Mahikeng, North West, is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions within the establishment. This role is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, supporting both employees and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices within the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to employee well-being. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact on the workforce of a prominent hotel in Mahikeng and contribute to the growth and success of the North West region's hospitality sector.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist, preferably within the hotel industry. In-depth knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices. Strong recruitment, employee relations, and performance management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPM certification is a plus. Ability to work effectively with diverse levels of staff. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mahikeng, North West.
