Placements24 is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a leading hotel in Mahikeng, North West. You will oversee all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compensation, and training, ensuring compliance with SA labor laws.

The role requires strong HR leadership in hospitality, excellent communication, and a passion for employee well-being. Hybrid work setup, with opportunities to shape the workforce in the North West hospitality sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• CIPM certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hotel business objectives.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding for all hotel staff.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts effectively.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
• Ensure compliance with South African labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct HR-related investigations and disciplinary actions as needed.
