Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming, internal and designated outgoing calls promptly.
• Liaise with doctors, executives, public and colleagues.
• Log and route calls to appropriate departments.
• Maintain and update hospital telephone lists.
• Handle faulty lines and switchboard issues.
• Assist with reception duties when required.
