Job summary

Accor invites applications for a Switchboard Operator at The Pullman Hotel. You will handle all incoming calls 24/7, support in-house guests, and coordinate with departments to ensure prompt responses and seamless service.

The role requires excellent English communication, polished telephone etiquette, and strong computer skills with Opera PMS familiarity. You will play a key part in guest satisfaction and contribute to a smooth hotel operation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Front Office or Call Center role in a hotel.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Opera PMS (or similar systems).

Responsibilities

• Responds to all incoming calls and transfers them to the appropriate destination.
• Handles guest requests and coordinates with departments to fulfill them.
• Logs and follows up on requests within standard delays.
• Manages wake-up calls and restaurant reservations as required.
• Maintains knowledge of facilities, services and hours to respond confidently.
