Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Front Office or Call Center role.
• Excellent English communication; other languages are a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Opera PMS.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls 24/7 and assist in-house guests.
• Transmit guest requests to the appropriate department and ensure follow-up.
• Log requests and manage wake-up calls and reservations.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
• Support general administrative duties and uphold brand standards.
