Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of specialized experience in IT recruitment.
• Solid understanding of IT industry including programming languages, software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with ATS and other recruitment software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to relocate to George, Western Cape and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full recruitment cycle for IT positions, from sourcing to offer management.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract niche IT talent.
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
