You will source, screen, and place software developers, data scientists, IT support, and cybersecurity professionals, building strong client relationships and contributing to regional tech growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven 3+ years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a tech focus.
• Solid understanding of IT roles and the tech job market.
• Experience with recruitment tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles including software, data science, IT support, and cybersecurity.
• Source and attract high-quality IT professionals through multiple channels.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates and develop client relationships.
