The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in recruitment, with at least 3 years in technology recruitment, and a proven track record in leadership and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in technology recruitment.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a recruitment team.
• Strong knowledge of technology roles, skills, and trends.
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technology recruitment consultants.
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for key technology clients.
• Drive business development to expand the client base within the technology sector.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for complex tech roles, from client briefing to offer.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with technology hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and industry best practices.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, ethical practices, and recruitment KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop effective employer branding strategies for tech clients.
