• Mentor and coach junior recruiters on technical recruitment best practices.
• Champion the candidate experience, ensuring a professional and engaging process.
• Continuously explore and implement innovative recruitment technologies and tools.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a Recruitment Consultancy .
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for complex IT roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Analysts).
• Proficiency with various sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong understanding of technology stacks, development methodologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the talent market in George, Western Cape is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership potential or proven experience in mentoring others.
