You will drive sourcing strategies, mentor a team, and contribute to business development while delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences in a dynamic tech landscape.

• Strong client management, leadership, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized tech and engineering roles.

• Provide market insights and talent acquisition advice to clients.
• Mentor junior and mid-level recruitment consultants.
