Placements24 is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a leading engineering firm in George, Western Cape. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and IT roles, sourcing candidates, screening, and presenting offers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, strong ATS familiarity, and a passion for connecting top talent with opportunity in a beautiful part of South Africa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Technical Recruiter in engineering or IT.
• Ability to source for niche technical roles such as software developers and mechanical engineers.
• On-site availability in George, Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers and engineering leads to understand technical requirements and qualifications.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract engineering and IT talent through job boards, networks and events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application to offer.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Utilize ATS to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.
• Stay current with industry trends to inform recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding and new hire integration.
• Contribute to employer branding to attract talent to George.
