Qualifications

• :7+ years of recruitment experience, incl. 3+ years in IT/Tech leadership.
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
• Deep knowledge of IT and technology talent market.
• Ability to mentor and develop a recruitment team.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• :Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
• :Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet client demands for technology professionals.
• :Drive new business development efforts, identifying and securing new client accounts within the IT sector.
• :Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service delivery.
• :Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for complex technology roles, ensuring timely and successful placements.
• :Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and talent shortages within the IT industry.
• :Ensure adherence to quality standards, ethical practices, and client service level agreements.
• :Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling employer branding content for the technology sector.
• :Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
• :Act as a subject matter expert on IT recruitment trends and best practices.
