Placements24 is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist in George, Western Cape. The role focuses on identifying and engaging junior to mid-level candidates across sectors, building talent pipelines, and supporting recruitment consultants.

You will conduct initial screenings, manage candidate data in the ATS, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Office-based role with growth opportunities into Recruitment Consultant responsibilities.

Formación

• Experience in talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, or a related HR role is preferred.
• Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proactive and results-oriented approach to talent identification.
• Enthusiasm for recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Based in or willing to relocate to George, Western Cape, for an office-based role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HR-related studies a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential candidates using sourcing tools to fill diverse roles.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants and Hiring Managers to capture role requirements.
• Create engaging outreach messages and communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Screen resumes and online profiles for relevant skills and experience.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates on status of applications.
• Stay updated on sourcing best practices and new platforms.
• Assist with interview scheduling and coordination when needed.
