This senior role requires strategic thinking and a track record of attracting top IT professionals—from developers to cybersecurity experts—and leading a recruitment team to deliver excellence.

You will build client relationships, shape talent strategies, and drive end-to-end recruitment for complex IT roles, helping the firm expand its footprint in the Cape Town market and beyond.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT recruitment with progression
• Leadership/mentoring experience in recruitment teams
• Strong knowledge of IT domains and local Western Cape landscape
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor IT recruitment specialists and drive performance
• Expand IT recruitment portfolio through business development
• Manage key client accounts with strategic talent advice
• Oversee end-to-end IT recruitment processes for complex roles
• Develop networks within the IT community to identify top candidates
• Implement best practices in sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate experience
• Analyze recruitment metrics and report to senior management
• Collaborate with marketing on IT talent campaigns
