Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel front desk roles with supervision responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-ins/outs.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
• Manage room inventory, reservations and group bookings support.
• Maintain lobby and front desk presentation to high standards.
• Assist with scheduling and performance management of desk staff.
