The role requires at least 3 years in hotel front desk operations with supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with PMS and office software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and standard office software.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they provide courteous and efficient service to all guests.
• Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
