Qualifications

• High school diploma; hospitality education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
• Train, schedule, and manage front desk staff performance.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Oversee room inventory, reservations, and cross-department coordination.
• Implement front desk procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare daily occupancy, arrivals/departures, and revenue reports; assist with cash handling and billing reconciliation.
