Job summary

Tsebo Solutions Group is seeking a professional Concierge/Receptionist in Cape Town to warmly welcome visitors, manage arrivals, and coordinate meeting room setups. You will provide information on amenities, assist with travel arrangements, and support clients with routine tasks while ensuring a high level of service.

Role requires strong English communication, a Grade 12, and 3+ years in a reception or frontline hotel/customer service role.

Qualifications

Grade 12 (non-negotiable).
2-3 years frontline hotel/customer service experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Receptionist.

Responsibilities

Review visitor and client arrivals for the day.
Attend to special arrival and meeting room requirements.
Provide information about amenities, area and venues.
Anticipate client needs and build rapport with clients.
Offer assistance with tasks (e.g. travel arrangements, taking messages, restaurant reservations).
Assist with meeting room technical requirements.
Report client feedback to the Helpdesk and revert to clients with resolution.
Escalate unresolved complaints to the Manager when necessary.
Report building maintenance to the TFS call centre daily.
Ensure meeting rooms are set up as required by the client.
Conduct daily inspections to keep meeting rooms tidy and equipment ready.
Sign Condeco panels in and out as required.
Ensure rooms are cleared and tidied after meetings.
