Go Skills Cafe in Cape Town is seeking an experienced receptionist to deliver exceptional front-desk service for our hospitality clients. You will greet guests, answer calls, manage appointments, and support office administration.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years in a receptionist role within hospitality, excellent communication, strong organization, and a friendly, professional demeanor. This full-time position offers health benefits and paid time off in a dynamic, team-oriented

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Manage and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services.
• Assist with marketing and sales efforts, including sending out promotional materials and following up with potential clients.
• Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Handle any other duties as assigned by management.
