Placements24 is seeking a proactive Graduate IT Support Technician to join our Polokwane team. You will gain hands-on experience in IT support, network administration, and hardware/software troubleshooting while working in a mentor-led environment.

You will provide end-user support via phone, email, and in person, install and troubleshoot hardware/software, assist with network tasks, and help maintain IT assets. A recent IT graduate can grow technically and professionally in this role.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with an ND or Bachelor's in IT/CS.
• Solid understanding of hardware, Windows/macOS.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to commute to Polokwane.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to end-users via phone, email, and in person.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.

About the Role Our client, a leading IT solutions provider, is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Graduate IT Support Technician to join their dedicated support team in Polokwane. You will be responsible for providing essential technical assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.

Requirements
