Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Graduate Technical Support Specialist for its fully remote support team. You will be the first point of contact for users, diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with remote support tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely manner through various channels (email, chat, phone).
• Walk customers through problem-solving processes and document resolutions.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Identify and escalate urgent situations to the appropriate individuals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
