Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Support or Help Desk role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and troubleshooting.
• Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS and standard business applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to company resources.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems, including Wi-Fi and VPN issues.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge base of IT policies and procedures.
