Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our fully virtual IT team. You will diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues from your home office.

Qualifications

3+ years in a helpdesk or IT support, remote preferred.
Strong Windows and macOS expertise and Office 365.
Strong TCP/IP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
Excellent communication and ability to work independently remotely.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, chat, and remote desktop tools.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for internal staff.
Install, configure, and update software and operating systems remotely.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and other systems.
Document support activities, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in the IT ticketing system.
Assist with the deployment and management of IT assets.
