Placements24 is seeking a Graduate IT Support Specialist to join a fully remote IT team. You will help keep our technology running by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues and supporting staff across the organization.

This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in IT operations, asset management, and knowledge-base documentation, with opportunities for certifications and growth in cybersecurity and networks, plus training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Windows/macOS, networking basics, and hardware.
• Experience with IT support ticketing systems and remote tools is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work ability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for remote support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line remote IT support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Document procedures and solutions in a knowledge base.
