The role emphasizes strong communication, remote diagnostics, and collaboration with product and field teams to improve installation processes and knowledge documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical support, preferably with a focus on hardware or software installation.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose problems remotely.
• Strong communication and active listening skills, with the capacity to explain technical steps clearly.
• Familiarity with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and knowledge base management.
• Ability to work independently and manage a queue of support requests effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level remote technical support for product installations, addressing customer queries and issues promptly.
• Guide users through step-by-step installation procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve common and complex installation-related problems encountered by customers.
