Placements24 is seeking ambitious Graduate Business Development Representatives to join our sales team in Rustenburg, North West. You will identify potential clients, qualify leads, and set the stage for Account Executives to close deals, with comprehensive product and market training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential new clients through various channels.
• Initiate contact with prospective customers via cold calls, emails, and social media.
• Engage prospects to understand business needs and pain points.
• Articulate value proposition of products and services.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and target profiles.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments.
