Job summary

Placements24 is seeking ambitious Graduate Business Development Representatives to join a growing sales team. This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere in South Africa while you develop foundational sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

You will identify leads, conduct outbound outreach, schedule product demonstrations, and nurture client relationships to drive revenue growth in a supportive, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools is a plus.
• Interest in sales, business development and driving commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media.
• Understand client needs and articulate the value proposition of solutions.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
