You will develop your sales skills through mentorship, work full-time from our Rustenburg office, and join a collaborative team focused on growth, with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Passion for sales with a target-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
