Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize global e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment processes, including inventory management, warehousing, and shipping logistics across multiple international markets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery times, reduce shipping costs, and enhance customer satisfaction with online purchases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive online customer journey.
• Monitor key e-commerce performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, average order value, customer lifetime value, and return rates, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, payment gateways, and other technology partners.
• Ensure compliance with international e-commerce regulations, customs, and tax requirements in various markets.
• Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of e-commerce operations specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance website functionality, checkout process, and post-purchase experience.
• Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in e-commerce operations management, with a strong focus on global online retail.
• Proven experience managing multiple e-commerce platforms and international order fulfillment.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, SEM, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Expertise in international logistics, customs, and cross-border e-commerce regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, essential for a remote role.
