About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Operations Coordinator to manage and optimize their online retail operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the e-commerce platform, from order processing and fulfillment to customer service and website management. You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless online shopping experience for customers worldwide. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring uptime and functionality.
• Manage order processing, fulfillment, and shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and shipping carriers.
• Monitor website performance, product listings, and inventory levels for accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries and support requests related to online orders and website issues.
• Implement and manage online promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and website metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to enhance the e-commerce user experience.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and data privacy standards.
• Manage product content, including descriptions, images, and pricing on the website.

Requirements
