Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist to join their fully remote team. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all online sales activities, from order processing to customer fulfillment, contributing directly to the growth and efficiency of the digital retail presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and logistics, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills. You will work collaboratively with various departments, including marketing, customer service, and warehouse operations, to optimize the online customer journey and uphold our client's reputation for quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize day-to-day e-commerce operations, including website updates, product listings, and order processing.

• Liaise with customer service teams to resolve order-related inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage returns and exchanges processes efficiently.
• Stay abreast of e-commerce trends, best practices, and new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or a related field.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and order management systems (OMS).
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Experience working with logistics and shipping providers.
