The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a front office role with at least 1 year in supervision, strong communication skills, and experience with PMS and reservation software. Flexible hours are required to support hotel operations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a front office role within the hotel industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with hotel PMS and reservation software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Aufgaben

• Supervise the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Lead, train, and motivate front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage room inventory and reservations, ensuring accuracy and maximizing occupancy.
• Oversee the handling of cash, credit card transactions, and guest accounts.
• Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area.
• Implement hotel policies and procedures, ensuring staff adherence.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to address guest needs.
• Assist in developing front desk schedules and managing staff performance.
• Maintain a positive and professional image for the hotel at all times.
