• Supervise and coordinate the activities of remote front desk agents to ensure smooth hotel operations.

• Train new front desk staff on hotel policies, procedures, and the use of property management systems (PMS).
• Monitor check-in/check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with scheduling and managing front desk staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure that all brand standards and service protocols are consistently met by the front desk team.
• Generate daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
