Placements24 is recruiting a Senior Front Office Manager for a premier hotel in Klerksdorp, North West. You will lead the front desk team, oversee check-in/check-out, handle guest inquiries, and maintain service excellence to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in front office management, strong leadership, and proficiency with PMS/front office software. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years front office management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and front office software.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front desk operations with courteous service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to meet targets.
• Manage check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and speed.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Implement and enforce front office policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service recovery measures.
• Prepare daily occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction reports.
• Maintain a clean, presentable front desk area.
