Qualifications

• 3+ years in front office management or a supervisory role in hotels.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day front desk operations including reservations, check-ins and check-outs.
• Supervise and train front desk staff to foster a positive work environment.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Implement and maintain front office policies to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to enhance service delivery.
