Placements24 is seeking a Front Office Manager for a prominent hotel in Benoni, Gauteng. The role oversees reception, concierge and reservations, driving service standards and efficient check-in/check-out.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication and customer service skills, plus expertise in hotel operations and reservations systems. A PMS proficiency is essential for daily operations and staff supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Front Office supervision/management experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems and front desk procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Front Office, concierge and reservations teams.
• Ensure efficient, courteous guest service during check-in/check-out and inquiries.
• Train, supervise and motivate Front Office staff to maintain service standards.
• Develop procedures to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Manage room inventory, rates and occupancy with Sales and Revenue teams.
• Address guest complaints promptly and resolve issues.
